End User License Agreement (EULA) for Premium Light Effects Pack
1. Grant of License
Upon purchase, Illusion4D grants you a single-user, non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the purchased Premium Light Effects Pack (the "Product") in accordance with the terms of this agreement.
2. Permitted Uses
You are permitted to:
Use the effects, overlays, and assets within the Product in your own personal, commercial, or client projects.
Modify, blend, and incorporate the assets into new original works (e.g., digital art, social media graphics, website designs, advertisements, video content).
Use the assets in an unlimited number of projects.
3. Restrictions
You are NOT permitted to:
Redistribute, resell, lease, or sub-license the Product or its source files in any original, repackaged, or modified form.
Share the Product download link or files with others. A license must be purchased for each user.
Use the Product in a template or application intended for resale (e.g., a website template, PowerPoint template, or logo maker app where the end user can extract the asset).
Claim ownership or authorship of the original, unmodified assets.
4. Intellectual Property
All digital assets contained in the Product are the intellectual property of Illusion4D-Creative. You do not own the assets themselves, but the license to use them. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Illusion4D.
5. Liability
The Product is provided "as is." Illusion4D is not responsible for any outcomes resulting from its use. We do not guarantee the Product will be error-free or suitable for your specific purpose.
By purchasing and downloading the Product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
